Un giorno in palestra da Virgin Active

“Live happy – Be active”, questo il bellissimo slogan dei club Virgin Active e a pensarci bene non potrei essere più d’accordo.

Quando mi è stato chiesto di provare una giornata nel club non stavo nella pelle, nonostante non sia un’assidua frequentatrice di palestre mi piaceva l’idea di rimettermi in gioco, dopo anni di fermo. L’esperienza è stata magnifica, mi sono sentita a casa.

Una lezione di latin dance, un po’ di yoga per rilassare corpo e mente, pranzo in terrazza e poi un pomeriggio super relax in spa. L’area benessere comprende sauna, bagno turco e la maxi piscina idromassaggio più l’area relax (magnifica), cabine massaggi e trattamenti.

Un luogo dove ti senti a casa, ti senti bene e dove vorresti ritornare.
In Italia sono 28 i club presenti e la previsione e di aprirne altri 25 in europa, una bella prospettiva.
Ogni club ha dei corner beauty e per la bellezza dei capelli, sicuramente un vantaggio per chi è sempre di corsa si ritaglia dello spazio per se tra un appuntamento e l’altro, per essere perfetta anche in questa occasione.
Un luogo amichevole, con servizi a 360 gradi, dove il benessere la fa da padrone.
A questo punto, mi sa che quasi, quasi, mi iscrivo in palestra da Virgin Active.

When I was asked to try a day in the club I was not in the skin, although it is not an assiduous frequenter of gyms I liked the idea to get back into the game, after years of standstill. The experience was wonderful, I felt at home.

A lesson of latin dance, a bit of yoga to relax the body and mind, lunch on the terrace and then a super afternoon relaxing in spa. The spa area includes a sauna , turkish bath and maxi Jacuzzi pool plus the relaxation area (amzing), massage and treatments.

A place where you feel at home, you feel good and where you would like to return.
In Italy there are 28 clubs present and forecasting and to open another 25 in Europe, a nice perspective.
Each club have a brauty corner and an haistyling, definitely an advantage for those who are always in a rush carves out space for himself between appointments and other things, to be perfect even in this occasion.
A friendly place, with services to 360 degrees, where wellness is the master.
At this point, I subscribe to the Virgin Active gym, I’m in love!
