La We Own The Night con il #Teamvitasnella.
E chi l’avrebbe mai detto? Ce l’ho fatta, sono arrivata al traguardo, non è importante quando ma ci sono riuscita.
Io, che non frequento una palestra da una vita, che corro più che altro tra un punto della città e l’altro, in taxi. Io che non avrei mai pensato di riuscire a terminare i 10 km della We Own The Night, sono qui a raccontarvela.
Vi avevo già parlato QUI del team Vitasnella, della nostra carica e voglia di fare, dei nostri allenamenti e risate. Ma parliamo di quella sera, la sera del 30 maggio. Appuntamento in piazza Gae Auelenti, dove tutto ha avuto inizio.
Luogo d’incontro per il Team Vitasnella era il nostro stand, dove i video di nostri allenamenti andavano a rotazione, dove ci siamo scambiate i consigli dell’ultimo minuto, dove ci siamo riscaldate e preparante psicologicamente, ovviamente bevendo la “nostra” acqua.
E poi via, pronte per la partenza. Nel momento del conto alla rovescia, ho gridato, in coro con tutto il teamVitasnella, per scaricare la tensione, per caricarmi di energia e via, i miei primi 10 km hanno avito inizio lì.
Milano di notte è magica e vista con 7.500 ragazze che corrono insieme a te è decisamente meglio.
Un’emozione che mai avrei pensato, ancora oggi ci penso e mi scappa un sorriso. Energia allo stato puro, quasi quanto un’iniezione di adrenalina.

And who would have thought? I’ve done it, I arrived at the finish line. I thought that I would never be able to finish the 10 km of the We Own The Night, but I’m here to tell you about it.
I’ve already talked about the Vitasnella team Here. But let’s talk about that night, on the evening of May 30. The meeting place for Team Vitasnella was our stand, where the videos of our workouts were going to spin, where we exchanged last-minute advice, where we warmed and preparing psychologically, of course drinking “our” water.
And then on, ready for start. At the time of the countdown, I shouted in chorus with all team Vitasnella, to release tension, to groovy energy and away, my first 10 km have ancestral start there.
Milan by night is magical and with 7.500 girls running with you is definitely better.
An emotion that I never thought, that makes me smile. Pure energy, almost as much as a shot of adrenaline.
