Colors

Ogni volta che visito un posto nuovo, mi faccio ispirare dall’ambiente, dalla gente e dal mood del luogo. Non solo per il modo di vivere ma anche per il modo di vestire.
Mi piace ricoprirmi con tessuti e colori diversi, con mix di stili e nuances. Mi piace comprare cose che so che a casa non posso trovare, un abito, un accessorio, che mi ricordano un momento, un instante. Quei pezzi che ritrovi, magari dopo anni sepolti nell’armadio, e che ti strappano un sorriso, ti fanno ancora sognare. E’ così, c’è chi compra calamite e chi, come me, comprerebbe tonnellate di scarpe, collane e cappelli per tornare a casa con una valigia piena di esperienze, ricordi, emozioni, ma anche vestiti; da indossare, toccare, ma anche solo da guardare. (epica la volta in cui comprai un sari Indiano, ovviamente mai messo! 🙂 ).

Every time I visit a new place, I get inspired by the environment, the people and the mood of the place. Not only for the way of life but also for the way they dress.
I like to wear different fabrics and colors, with a mix of styles and nuances. I like to buy things that I know that at home I can not find, a dress, an accessory, which remind me of a moment, an instant. Those pieces that you can find, maybe after years buried in the closet, and that will snatch you a smile, make you even dream of that holidays. It’s true, there are those who buy magnets and those who, like me, would buy tons of shoes, necklaces and hats to go home with a suitcase full of experiences, memories and emotions, but also clothes; to wear, touch, but even just to look. (epic the time that I bought a Indian sari, obviously never worn 🙂 ).
These items are just a few of my holidays purchases, tangible reminders of a dream Formentera!
