Paris shopping (part 1)

Parigi, la città delle luci e… dello shopping. Un giro per le galeries Lafayette e i magazzini le Printemps non possono mancare. Le loro fantastiche vetrine sono indimenticabili e le decorazioni natalizie non fanno che aumentarne la bellezza. Mentre ci si perde tra il reparto dei gioielli e quello delle scarpe, possiamo fermarci a bere un bicchiere di champagne, ammirando la stupenda struttura e l’immenso albero di Natale delle galeries. Senza dimenticarci di salire fino all’ultimo piano, sulla terazza, dove si può godere di una delle viste migliori di Parigi, seduti su una panchina mangiando macarons. Per poi predere un taxi che ci porterà fino alla favolosa Rue Saint-Honoré dove ci aspetteranno le boutiques di tutti, ma proprio tutti, i designer più famosi e il concept store Colette con il suo carinissimo bar-ristorante. Quando, dopo l’aperitivo con un bicchiere di vino francese, tornerete verso l’albergo, ricordatevi di fermarvi da Laduree per un po’ di macarons, nel caso ve ne venga voglia nel bel mezzo della vostra notte Parigina. Insomma una città magica che consiglio a tutti voi di visitare almeno una volta nella vita per assaporarne quell’aria tipica (in questo periodo anche molto fredda), vi aspetto domani per un nuovo post parigino. Paris, the city of lights … and shopping. A tour of the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores can not miss. Their windows are fantastic and the unforgettable Christmas decorations increase its beauty. While you can get lost between the department of jewelry and the ones of shoes, you can stop to drink a glass of champagne while admiring the beautiful Christmas tree and the immense structure of the galeries. Do not forget to go to the top floor, on the terrace, where you can enjoy one of the best views of Paris, sitting on a bench eating macarons. Then take a taxi that will take you to the fabulous Rue Saint-Honoré where we expect the boutiques of all, absolutely everyone, the most famous designers and the concept store Colette with her cute bar and restaurant. When, after a drink with a glass of French wine, come back to the hotel, remember to stop by at Laduree for some macaros, in case in the middle of the night you get hungry. In short, a magical city that I recommend to all of you to visit at least once in a lifetime to savor that air typical (in this period very cold), I’ll wait you tomorrow for a new Paris post.
